We have diverse professional backgrounds and both qualified as teachers through the CELTA program, the gold standard of teaching English as a foreign language and certified by the University of Cambridge.
We both have a vocation for teaching and we love being able to help you develop your knowledge, it 'gives us life'. That's because we know that it will open doors for you in a world where English has become an essential tool both for work and for making the most of the resources available on the internet; from tutorials to free approved courses and above all for networking both professionally and personally.
Our Team, Our Family
Tom has been teaching English face-to-face and in online classes for many years from Asturias, Spain.
He has worked with both individuals and companies and has helped people of all ages; from very young children in all corners of the world or entrepreneurs in charge of expanding their businesses, to people starting their adventure in the professional world or preparing for exams that will give them that extra edge.
Olaya emigrated to the UK while very young and during her time there she obtained a Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy and a Master's degree in psychology with a distinction. She excels in the use of digital tools, mechanics of pronunciation and English for medicine and academic purposes.
She uses her knowledge of learning theory and developmental psychology to create resources that tap into our inherent ability to learn and adapt.
