Here you have a downloadable phonemic chart. It is useful to get to know the symbols if you’re are planning to improve your pronunciation.
The Cambridge English Online PHONEMIC CHART is a free interactive IPA chart. It has a non Adobe Flash Player version that works [at least at the time of writing].
Simply click on the phonemic symbol and it will show you how to pronounce it as well as giving you an example word.

toPhonetics is a very simple and free tool that is powered by Google voice-to-text.
Simply write what you would like to hear pronounced, and you get two options, transcribe or speak. Select the right option, and you’re set!
You can choose whether you want a British or American voice, as well has having the standard Google voices available so you can select the most appropriate for you.
As easy as that!
The Speak English Pronunciation app by TFLAT GROUP is also really useful. Not only does it give you the phonemic symbols and sounds, but it can also listen to you and tell you if you are getting it right!
It also has explanations of how you make the sound by moving your lips, tongue, and throat in different ways.
